If you purchase cpnginx from a reseller, then please contact the reseller for getting proper support. We only support our direct customers and resellers. We don’t provide technical support for any other third party.

Scope of the Support:

We only support the cpnginx product. We don’t give support for customization, nginx issues and custom templates. But you can purchase the custom support from our nginx experts .

Support for one time licenses :

One time license is a life time license. It is valid as long as cpnginx is continuously developed and maintained by Syslint Technologies. One time licenses get one year free support and updates.
