1. License and Usage

Cpnginx licenses are provided for use on the cPanel server(s) specified at the time of purchase. The license grants the right to use the software in accordance with the terms below:

• Trial licenses are limited to evaluation purposes and expire after the trial period.
• One-time licenses are valid for the version of Cpnginx available at the time of purchase.
• One-time License holders are entitled to one year of free updates and technical support.
• After the first year, continued updates and support require a $30/year Support & Maintenance subscription for one time licenses.
• Licenses cannot be transferred, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent from Cpnginx.

2. Payment and Refunds

All purchases of Cpnginx licenses are final. We provide a free trial to evaluate the software before purchase. No refunds or credits are offered for one-time or owned licenses.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for securing your cPanel server and ensuring proper installation of Cpnginx.
• You agree not to use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server and website data.

4. Support & Maintenance

Technical support is available to active license holders or users with a current Support & Maintenance subscription. Support covers installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guidance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cpnginx is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding its performance or suitability for your purposes. In no event shall Cpnginx be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and software code, belong to Cpnginx. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software without explicit permission.

7. Privacy

By using Cpnginx, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Updates to Terms

Cpnginx reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
